Broward County attorney, Howard Butler, graduated from St. Louis University school of law in 1995. Mr. Butler practiced various areas of law in Missouri ( Mr. Butler is now inactive in Missouri), represented clients in federal courts in both the eastern district of Missouri and the southern district of Illinois and was subsequently admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004.
Ft. Lauderdale attorney Butler also is eligible to practice in the South District of Florida Federal Court as well as the South District of Florida Bankruptcy Court. For bankruptcy law, Howard litigated thousands of cases on behalf of the one of the largest debt collection companies for almost a decade. Later, Howard founded the South Floriad law firm of Butler Law Firm, P.A. in Broward County, Fl. Howard’s goal is to offer affordable legal fees to Broward County residents of all income levels so anyone has a shot at receiving stellar legal representation.
